Your body isn’t broken. You just need a new approach to regain the ability to do activities you love.

Pilates teacher instructing her class.

I’m Rachel: a pilates and massage therapist helping people trapped in their bodies find freedom again.

I’m with you on your journey.

I know what it’s like to be hindered by pain. I know what it’s like to lose the ability to move like you used to, and fear that it was gone forever. I learned the hard way, through my own injuries and car accidents, that conventional approaches treat symptoms but rarely address root causes. I know what it's like to be told 'this is as good as it gets'. Thankfully, that’s not true.

You can get back what was lost.

Through pilates and movement education I regularly see people experience what medicine alone couldn't accomplish for them: people reclaim abilities they thought were lost forever.

I've spent 20+ years pursuing the deepest training available (multiple Pilates lineages, massage therapy, trauma-informed bodywork) so I could help people discover what their bodies are truly capable of. I've helped clients walk without canes, return to activities they'd given up decades ago, and transform not just physically but emotionally, finding grace for themselves they never thought possible.

I'm here to help you stop believing the lie that you'll never do those things again. And start discovering the freedom that comes from truly understanding your body.
