Appointment Cancellation Policy

Private lessons and sessions require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations, with no exceptions. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the session. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage scheduling and accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter. Class Cancellation Policy

Ongoing classes have a 36-hour cancellation policy. If you are a regular class attendee and cannot make it to class one week, kindly let us know at least 36 hours prior to class. If there is another class available the SAME week that you need to cancel that you are not already enrolled in andare eligible to take, you make switch to that class. There are no make-ups or refunds available for missed series classes. For example, if you sign up for a eight - week series class and are ill during week 2, there is no refund or make up for the missed class.
